Our story: Born from a need
Coming from a Jaguar Land Rover background, we saw hundreds of vehicles arrive with recurring timing chain issues and expensive repair bills. Over the years, we witnessed the frustration many owners experienced and felt there was a better way to support customers and reduce unnecessary costs. Between us, we have over 30 years of Jaguar Land Rover experience, covering customer service, management, and technical roles. This unique combination allows us to understand the complete customer journey, from diagnosis and repair through to ownership and aftercare. With a wealth of knowledge gained from working on JLR vehicles day in and day out, there is very little we have not seen, diagnosed, or repaired.

Behind the scenes here at The Timing Chain Specialists, we have Chris, who has worked within a JLR environment for over 11 years, from sales to general management. We have Ernesto and Ervin, who have worked with the brand for over four years each. And we have Ryan, a Land Rover master technician, who has worked with the brand for well over 15 years. Together, we bring unparalleled dedication and skill to every repair.
